For Team Admins: By creating a team account, you represent that you have authority to bind your organization to these Terms.
Docfai is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that provides:
Centralized user seat assignment
Team admin controls
Member management
Flexible billing plans
Secure payment processing
Usage tracking
Team-based access
Role management (admin/member)
Shared resources
To use Docfai, you must:
Be at least 16 years old
Provide accurate and complete information
Have legal authority to enter into this agreement
Comply with all applicable laws
You are responsible for:
Keeping your password secure and confidential
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
Not sharing your account credentials
We're not liable for losses from unauthorized account use if you didn't keep your credentials secure.
Price: €160/month for 10 seats
Seats: Fixed allocation of 10 user seats
Per Seat Cost: €16/month (20% bulk discount)
Billing: Recurring monthly charges
Payment: Via Stripe (credit card)

Automatic Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews each billing period unless cancelled.
Payment Method: You authorize Docfai to charge your payment method on file.
Failed Payments: If payment fails:
We'll attempt to charge again
You'll receive email notification
Service may be suspended after 7 days
Account may be cancelled after 30 days
Refund Policy:
No refunds for partial months
You can cancel anytime (access continues until period end)
No refunds for unused seats
You can cancel anytime:
Log in to your admin dashboard
Go to Billing & Subscription
Click "Cancel Subscription"
Confirm cancellation
What happens:
Billing stops at end of current period
Team retains access until period ends
No refund for remaining days
Data retained for 30 days, then deleted
Illegal Activities
Use Docfai for illegal purposes
Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe on others' intellectual property
Security & Abuse
Attempt to hack or compromise our systems
Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code
Bypass security measures or access controls
Scrape or data mine our service
Misuse of Service
Create fake or duplicate accounts
Share accounts or sell access
Overload our servers (DoS attacks)
Use service for unauthorized purposes
You own all data and content you submit to Docfai
We don't claim ownership of your data
You grant us a license to process your data to provide the service
By using Docfai, you grant us a limited license to:
Store and process your data
Display data within the service
Back up your data for disaster recovery
Use anonymized data for service improvement
This license ends when you delete your data or close your account.
We strive to maintain:
99.5% uptime (excluding planned maintenance)
Regular security updates
Performance monitoring

DOCFAI IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We don't guarantee:
Uninterrupted or error-free service
All bugs will be fixed immediately
Service will meet all your requirements
Data will never be lost (always maintain backups)
